Nutrition and exercise were knew were important. But we decided the best way to deliver amazing results to CanvasPop was to also focus the program around flexibility, mobility (back-shoulder-hip), core strengthening and glute activation.
For a team of workers who sit long hours at desks we knew this will make an incredible impact. In addition, to supplement the education sessions we implemented monthly movement sessions and 1 hour mobility sessions focusing on the following:

The results by the end of the program were incredible:
Interesting there was a 100% decrease in chronic pain at desks. When you consider many sit at desks for long hours it makes a lot of sense.
At the start of the program over 50% of employees where in chronic pain with either stiffness or tightness.
Those same participants noted the pain was gone or greatly decreased after the first movement module. It’s not magic, just science.
